St. Augustine’s Catholic Primary School is proud to be part of the parish community of Christ the King, Coventry. Our relationship with the parish is an important part of the prayer and liturgical life of our school. Throughout the year, children have opportunities to visit the church, celebrate Mass and other liturgies, and mark important seasons and feasts of the Church’s year. Our priests support the children in developing their understanding of the Mass, prayer and the Sacraments, while parishioners are warmly welcomed into school to pray and celebrate with us.

We warmly encourage our families to be part of the prayer and worship of the wider parish community. Families are invited to join us for school and parish celebrations, including Masses, sacramental celebrations and other special times of prayer throughout the year. Our hope is that the close relationship between home, school and parish helps children recognise that they belong to a wider family of faith and provides opportunities for families to continue the journey of prayer and worship together beyond the school day.
