Our school meals are designed to support children's health, wellbeing, and learning by providing a balanced and nutritious diet. Menus are carefully planned to include a variety of foods from the main food groups, helping pupils get the energy and nutrients they need throughout the school day. Fresh fruit and vegetables, whole grains, and sources of protein are regularly included to encourage healthy eating habits.

We take food allergies and intolerances seriously. Detailed allergen information is available for all menu items, and our catering team follows strict procedures to help reduce the risk of cross-contamination. Parents and carers should inform the school of any allergies, intolerances, or special dietary requirements so that appropriate meal options can be provided. If you require further information about ingredients or allergens, please contact the school office or catering team.

If your child has a food allergy and has hot school dinners, an additional dietary form must be completed. This is a mandatory requirement, and the completed form should be returned to the school office as soon as possible.

The dietary form can be found below, or you can request a copy from the main school office.

Once the completed form has been returned, it will be forwarded to our catering company’s Special Diets Team. They will then work with your child’s dietary requirements to create a safe and enjoyable menu tailored to their needs.

Until the completed form has been returned and the necessary arrangements are in place, we recommend providing your child with a packed lunch. In the meantime, the kitchen is only permitted to serve your child a plain jacket potato, as this is the safest available option, unless your child has a potato allergy.

1. Log in to your Arbor account.
2. Select the three lines in the bottom-left corner of the page to open the Quick Actions menu.
3. Select Payments, then Meals, followed by Top Up Account.
4. Enter the amount you wish to add to your account. You will then have two options: Pay Now or Add to Basket.

• Pay Now: Select this option to enter your card details and complete the top-up immediately.
• Add to Basket: If you select this option, return to the Quick Actions menu, select Basket, and follow the steps to complete your payment.

Your account will be topped up once the payment has been completed successfully.
